Secrets of a Successful Startup

Starting a company is exhilarating. 305 million people worldwide do it each year. It should be a great memory like a birth or marriage. For most, however, it becomes one to forget. Most start-ups fail quickly. Of the survivors < 4% make more than $50,000 a year, <1% make it big. I am here to change that for you. I know I can because 82% fail from the same avoidable mistake.

I avoided it, and I am 3 for 3 with a total enterprise exit value of around $300 million. All in 12 years, without ever hiring an employee, working < 5 hours a day from home.

It doesn’t make me Bezos or Hui Ka Yan, but I don’t want to be like them. I don’t like wearing ties, business travel, or public speaking.
