The Transformation Experience
9 - Working with Intentions

Keeping Intentions Private

Happy Day! 🥳

About this lesson

Never share your Intentions with anyone else. Never.

This is non-negotiable. Nothing will drain your energy, nor weaken your creator spirit more quickly than hearing someone you care about laugh at your dream. That, however, is not the only reason.

You now know that thoughts and words are also energy. They are energy changing from neuro-chemical reactions into thoughts that then cause change in a system (life). No two human systems are the same. We are each as unique as our own fingerprints. Only if energies are perfectly in-phase can two people’s thoughts be constructive. Otherwise when energies at different phases bump into each other destructive interference is the result. We both flat-line.

This is one of the topics on which I get many emails. Mostly people don’t want to believe it. I don’t make these things up. It is a law of physics. Thoughts are energy and all energies that are not in exact similar phases when they collide result in destructive interference. Both energies flat-line. Don’t shoot the messenger.

Many of the emails are from people who have failed to understand the difference between goals and Intentions. There is a reason I use a capital ‘I’. Everyday tasks are goals. It is perfectly acceptable for a business leader to share the goals of the business, to establish forecasts, milestones, missions, budgets etc. None of that has to do with Intentions. An Intention is the leader’s dream for the business based upon his or her personal motivational forces and purpose.

For instance, I might have an Intention for a company that is the same as others in as much as we all want to succeed or hit some milestone. My source of motivation might be to become financially independent. My employees (if I ever had them which I never will) probably could not care less about me and might be motivated to get promoted or impress enough or find a better job elsewhere. I can’t guess their sources of motivation. If we shared our inner visions the energy would collide destructively.

I still recall being in a French language class when I was a teenager when the teacher asked everyone what they wanted to do in life. When it came to my turn and I boldly stated that I wanted to become a Royal Navy Officer the sniggers were all around the room and the teacher’s expression of incredulity made me second-guess myself for months. All those out of phase energies seriously threatened my dream. It all but destroyed the self confidence I had been working on for years. Simply don’t invite the opinions of others. You are not strong enough to resist them. No one is.

Intentions remain private. Do not share them. Not with anyone. Not even your family.

Ignore this advice at your peril.
